AMGEN Capability Center Portugal seeks an ELMAC Business Analytics & Insights Manager in Lisbon. You will lead commercial insights and forecasting for AMGEN oncology brands across Europe, Canada, Middle East, Africa and LATAM, overseeing market research, analytics, forecasts, and brand performance tracking.

The role requires advanced degree and strong English communication, with ability to translate business questions into research plans and deliver actionable recommendations to support launch

Qualificações

• Demonstrated pharmaceutical market analysis and/or business planning experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English with clear communication.
• Ability to translate business questions into research plans.
• Experience delivering insights that influence strategic decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead commercial insights and forecasting for AMGEN oncology brands across Europe, Canada, Middle East, Africa and LATAM.
• Oversee primary market research, secondary analytics, forecasts, and brand performance tracking.
• Develop and maintain regional forecasting models and link marketing assumptions to sales metrics.
• Drive evidence-based decision making and contribute to launch readiness and growth initiatives.
• Explore new analytical tools and AI/ML to enhance capabilities.
