A TeamViewer Germany Gmbh procura um Analista Sénior de Analytics para integrar a equipa de BI em Porto, trabalhando com dados de experiência do cliente, envolvimento e utilização de produtos para sustentar decisões de negócio.

O candidato ideal terá 3–5 anos de experiência, domínio de SQL e Python, e capacidade de comunicar com stakeholders não técnicos, contribuindo para modelos de dados escaláveis e qualidade de dados em projetos globais.

Qualifications

• Doutro requisito: licenciatura em área relevante com foco em dados.
• 3–5 anos de experiência profissional em dados, analytics ou engenharia.
• Forte domínio de SQL, com consultas complexas e eficientes.
• Conhecimento básico de Python para processamento de dados ou automação.
• Experiência prática em lidar com dados e projetos de análise.
• Familiaridade com práticas modernas de engenharia de software aplicadas a dados.
• Boa capacidade de resolver problemas e comunicar com partes interessadas não técnicas.
• Fluência em inglês, com boa comunicação.

Responsibilities

• Manter e melhorar aplicações de dados que otimizam processos de negócio.
• Ser interface entre analytics de plataforma e utilizadores de dados, traduzindo necessidades em assets reutilizáveis.
• Garantir qualidade, confiabilidade e atualidade dos dados por meio de testes e monitorização.
• Desenhar e manter métricas e KPIs de negócio padronizados para analisar tendências e desempenho.
• Otimizar pipelines de data warehouse para grandes volumes de dados de um produto global.
• Diagnosticar e resolver issues de dados e falhas, participar em rotações de on-call e propor melhorias.

Join our BI team and help us shape the business decisions and processes of TeamViewer based on the data of our customers experience, engagement and products usage. You will work with our BI platform team with the BI data science unit. You will build and maintain scalable, high-quality analytical data products that power decision-making across the company. You will enable teams through reliable data models, standardized metrics, and strong data quality, working on large-scale datasets for a global product used by billions of users worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve data applications that optimize various business processes
• Act as a key interface between platform analytics and data consumers, understanding their needs and translating them into reusable data assets
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and freshness through testing, monitoring, and validation
• Design and maintain standardized business metrics and KPIs to analyze trends, identify issues, and measure performance across key company activities
• Optimize data warehouse pipelines and processes to efficiently handle large-scale datasets for a product used by 2+ billion users worldwide
• Diagnose and resolve data issues and outages, participate in on-call rotations, contribute to post-mortems, and proactively suggest improvements to engineering excellence

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience with a strong data focus
• 3 - 5 years of relevant professional experience in Data, Analytics, or Engineering roles
• Strong SQL expertise, including writing complex and performant queries
• Basic knowledge of Python for data processing or automation
• Hands-on experience delivering data handling and analysis projects
• Familiarity with modern software engineering practices applied to data, including testing, modularity, and code reviews
• Strong problem-solving skills and high motivation to tackle complex challenges collaboratively
• Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders
• Fluency in English with strong communication skills

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with dbt or similar transformation frameworks
• Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift)
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau
• Experience working with version control systems like Git
