Job summary

TeamViewer is seeking a Work Student Inside Sales in Porto, Portugal to assist customers and sell software licenses while supporting international projects.

You will create offers, answer questions via email or phone, and work closely with multiple departments in a dynamic, diverse environment. The role offers a casual office setting and opportunities for growth into a full-time position after studies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist our interested parties and customers.
• Sell software licenses to prospects over the phone or by e-mail.
• Create and manage offers.
• Be responsible for the assistance of our customers in the Middle Eastern and African market and be available to answer any questions about our software through our Email or phone.
• Work in close cooperation with different departments.
• Assist the team in some back office tasks.

Requirements

• Enrolled Student (all genders) in the field of business administration or any related subject.
• Fluent in French and English; Italian or German are desirable.
• Communicative and enjoying interacting with people.
• Advanced Windows® skills or the desire to learn.
