Merkle, a dentsu company, is hiring a full-stack engineer to build and deploy multi-agent AI systems at enterprise scale. You will design autonomous agent networks, work across cloud infrastructure, backend services, and AI frameworks using Claude and LangChain tools to accelerate development.

You'll collaborate with clients to define agent use cases, implement scalable architectures, and deliver reliable, production-ready solutions on AWS, with a strong focus on performance, observability, and

Qualificações

• Strong backend development in Node.js/TypeScript; comfortable building frontends (React/Next.js).
• Hands-on experience deploying production workloads on AWS.
• Daily use of Claude, Cursor, or similar AI tools; building with LangChain and LangSmith.
• Experience with multi-agent systems (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or custom).
• Shipping mentality: move quickly from concept to production; communicate with stakeholders clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement multi-agent architectures for complex workflows.
• Build production backends in Node.js and interfaces for human-agent interaction.
• Deploy and scale agent services on AWS (EC2, Lambda, managed services).
• Monitor agent behavior, token efficiency, and latency; ensure reliability.
• Collaborate with clients to define use cases and iterate on deployments.
