Merkle, part of the dentsu network, seeks a Senior Full-Stack Engineer in Lisbon to design and deploy multi-agent AI systems at scale. You’ll work across cloud infra, backend services, and AI frameworks—using Claude and modern tools to accelerate development.

You’ll contribute to a hybrid team, combining remote collaboration with in-office sessions, and help clients define agent use cases while delivering robust, scalable solutions.

Qualificações

• Strong backend development in Node.js/TypeScript.
• Frontend experience with React/Next.js.
• Hands-on AWS deployment and scaling.
• Daily use of Claude, Cursor or similar AI tools.
• Experience with LangChain and LangSmith.
• Knowledge of multi-agent systems (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI).
• Shipping mentality: move concepts to production quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Build multi-agent AI systems for enterprise-scale workflows.
• Develop production backends and user-facing frontends.
• Deploy and operate services on AWS with reliability.
• Monitor performance, latency, and token efficiency.
• Collaborate with clients to refine architectures.
