Merkle, a dentsu company, is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead prompt engineering and empower business users across the organization. You will coach users, develop guides, and optimize AI workflows with a hands-on technical leadership role.

In a collaborative, international team, you will mentor peers, stay current with AI platforms, and contribute to knowledge sharing while supporting flexible, hybrid work arrangements in Portugal.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of AI/ML/LLM experience.
• Excellent ability to translate AI concepts for business users.
• Experience in training and mentoring teams.
• Hands-on with multiple AI platforms and tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead prompt engineering initiatives and create best practices.
• Provide hands-on technical support to business users.
• Conduct training sessions on AI tools and prompts.
• Mentor junior staff and lead communities of practice.
