Mindera is seeking a Senior AI Engineer for AI Systems to own the accelerator core, agent harness, and evaluation infrastructure. You will drive reliability, scalability, and observability for non-deterministic AI systems and empower delivery teams to trust outputs.

You will design agents across coding, planning, and testing with tool-calling, plus human-in-the-loop where appropriate, and shape the AI SDLC for production apps.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of professional experience in AI Engineering or Software Development.
• Experience deploying customer-facing apps including DevOps, frontend and backend.
• Proven track record building scalable, modern production apps.
• Hands-on experience with AI SDLC in production.
• Deep expertise in LLM applications: prompts, function calling, structured outputs, RAG, vector stores, APIs.
• Experience building end-to-end agentic systems that plan, code, validate, and improve.

Responsabilidades

• Own the reusable accelerator core and multi-agent workflows.
• Design agents across coding, planning, review, and testing with tool-calling and human-in-the-loop when needed.
• Develop evaluation pipelines and telemetry for quality and regressions.
• Ensure reliability, cost control, and observability for agentic systems in production.
