ITSector is seeking an ambitious AI Software Engineer to design and implement AI-powered applications and intelligent agents. You will build integrations between AI models and enterprise systems via APIs and custom tools, and develop scalable pipelines for knowledge retrieval and response generation.

The role requires 5+ years in software and 3+ years in production AI, strong Python and .NET skills, and experience with LangChain/LangGraph, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with 3+ years in AI/LLM production
• Hands-on experience with state-of-the-art LLMs (e.g., GPT, Gemini, Claude, Llama, Mistral)
• Ability to design prompting and context-engineering strategies for production use
• Experience building AI agent apps using LangChain/LangGraph or comparable tools
• Strong Python development skills and knowledge of .NET (mandatory)
• Cloud experience (Azure or Google Cloud) and CI/CD practices
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, IaC (Terraform) and data governance
• Bilingual in Portuguese and English

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered applications and agents

• Create scalable pipelines for knowledge retrieval and processing
• Ensure security, reliability, and production readiness of AI solutions
• Promote MLOps/LlMOps, observability, testing, and continuous delivery
• Evaluate new AI tech and evolve the organization’s AI capabilities
