ITSector seeks a senior software engineer with a strong AI focus to design and implement AI-powered applications and agents. You will craft prompts, build agent workflows, and integrate AI models with enterprise systems, while ensuring secure, scalable production readiness.

The role requires deep Python skills, 3+ years on AI production, and hands-on cloud experience (Azure/GCP). Hybrid work model and ongoing training are offered to keep you at the cutting edge.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of professional software engineering experience, including 3+ years designing and implementing AI-based solutions in production environments.
• Hands-on experience with state-of-the-art LLMs such as GPT, Gemini, Claude, Llama, Mistral, or equivalent models.
• Ability to design effective prompting and context-engineering strategies, structured outputs, and evaluation approaches to optimize LLM performance for production use.
• Experience building AI agent applications using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Google ADK, Microsoft Agent Framework, or comparable technologies.
• Understanding of agent workflows, multi-step reasoning, memory management, tool calling, and state orchestration.
• Strong Python development skills; experience with additional programming languages like .NET (mandatory).
• Knowledge of asynchronous programming, API development, relational and NoSQL databases, and scalable service-oriented architectures.
• Experience designing and implementing AI pipelines for document ingestion, indexing, retrieval, and response generation.
• Understanding of AI quality evaluation, latency optimization, and cost monitoring.
• Experience working with Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or equivalent cloud environments.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and CI/CD practices.
• Familiarity with cloud security, identity management (IAM), and deployment automation.
• Familiarity with AI-powered software development tools, including GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted testing, code review, and development workflows.
• Experience implementing secure secret management and applying data governance and privacy best practices, including GDPR compliance.
• Written and verbal communication skills (Portuguese and English).
• Passion for learning and staying up to date with the rapidly evolving AI ecosystem.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered applications and intelligent agents.
• Build integrations between AI models and enterprise systems through APIs and custom tools.
• Develop scalable pipelines for knowledge retrieval and information processing.
• Ensure AI solutions are secure, reliable, scalable, and production ready.
• Promote engineering best practices across LLMOps, MLOps, observability, testing, and continuous delivery.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and contribute to the evolution of the organization's AI capabilities.
