Sword Health is hiring an Expert Product Designer for the Web team in Portugal, focusing on end-to-end web experiences and a strong design system. You will work with PMs, engineers, and other designers to shape user journeys that balance usability, business goals, and technical constraints.

With 5+ years in product design, you’ll lead with measurable impact, advocate accessible, AI-enabled design, and contribute to a scalable design workflow that delivers patient-centered outcomes across Sword's

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on web flows.
• A portfolio that leads with measurable impact and shows a clear point of view.
• Pro-level Figma skills and fast prototyping.
• Strong accessibility knowledge (WCAG) and inclusive design.
• Ability to read and interpret data and understand design systems.
• Thoughtful use of AI in your design process and AI-led product experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Own web products experiences end-to-end.
• Take full design ownership of key web flows balancing user needs, goals and constraints.
• Embrace a test-and-learn mindset grounded in data and user feedback.
• Collaborate with PMs, tech lead, and engineers for best solutions.
• Maintain consistency across Sword teams and contribute to Design System.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate workflow where appropriate.
