Sword Health in Portugal is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own delivery for Pulse, Sword's AI-first care platform. You’ll define user problems, shape roadmaps, and drive end-to-end outcomes with engineering, design, data, and clinical partners.

In this senior IC role, you’ll operate with autonomy, resolving ambiguity, and steering cross-functional squads daily without formal reporting lines. AI fluency and strong communication are essential to align stakeholders and ship impactful features.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of product management in digital health or B2C with retention focus.
• Comfort with ambiguity and independent decision-making.
• Technical fluency to discuss architecture and AI concepts with engineers.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Data literacy with metrics and dashboards to measure feature success.
• Bias for action and ability to push back when data disagrees with plans.

Responsabilidades

• Own product definition and end-to-end delivery for features in your area.
• Scope initiatives with stakeholders, analyze pain points, and set requirements.
• Support execution with tight feedback loops across Engineering, Product, Clinical, Operations.
• Act as a strategy thought-partner to senior leadership and prioritize proposals.
• Communicate progress, learnings, and recommendations clearly to teams.
