Job summary

User Wise is building a fast-paced, AI-assisted game production team focused on mobile titles. As Senior Game Designer with product ownership, you will define what the product should be, prototype quickly with AI tools, and drive decisions from concept through live ops.

You’ll collaborate with leadership to scale opportunities into playable products and monetize effectively. You’ll leverage market insights, player data, and AI-enabled workflows to test, iterate, and ship features rapidly while

Qualifications

• 6+ years in mobile games across casual or hybrid-casual products.
• Strong game design experience with product ownership or management.
• Experience taking games from concept to launch and post-launch iteration.
• Track record of owning product outcomes and KPIs, not just features.
• Understanding of gameplay systems, progression, economy, UX, retention, monetization, and Live Ops.
• Knowledge of F2P economics and metrics (retention, engagement, monetization, LTV, CPI).
• Comfort with analytics and experimentation, designing tests, and acting on results.
• Ability to translate learnings from successful games into product decisions.
• Experience using AI-assisted tools for ideation, prototyping, analysis, design, or content creation.
• Ability to turn ambiguous opportunities into executable priorities.
• High ownership and independent decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new game opportunities through market analysis and player insights.
• Turn opportunities into concrete product bets with defined concepts, audience, core loop, KPIs and commercial potential.
• Own AI-assisted game design across core loops, systems, progression, economy, UX, retention, and monetization.
• Rapidly prototype and validate game concepts using AI-assisted tools and lightweight development workflows.
• Define success metrics, analyze results, and advise on scaling, iteration, or kill decisions.
• Set product priorities based on player impact, data, effort, and business potential.
• Continuously improve games based on retention, engagement, and monetization analyses.
• Collaborate with leadership to evolve AI-driven design and production workflows.
