BMC Software is seeking an AI Data Architect / Solution Engineer to design scalable data governance architecture and build AI products for business use. You will lead technical direction, architect data agents, and ensure trusted data delivery across analytics and AI applications.

You will collaborate with the Director and Enterprise Architect, mentor engineers, and translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements. The role blends architecture with hands-on execution.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in data architecture and engineering.
• Proven experience designing LLM/agentic solutions and data products.
• Strong Python/SQL and hands-on Snowflake/DBT work.
• Ability to translate business problems into technical requirements.
• Experience leading design reviews and mentoring engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Design reference architecture for data governance and scale across dashboards, apps, and AI agents.
• Build Data Agent and agentic workflows with orchestration, tool calling, retrieval, and guardrails.
• Co-design the semantic layer (metrics, dimensions, governance) for analytics and AI.
• Lead as technical advisor and mentor across teams.
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and drive delivery.
