Körber seeks an experienced Agile Coach and IT Process Lead for IT Applications to own and continuously improve internal IT processes across Hamburg, Porto, and other locations. You will drive Kanban, ITIL-aligned governance, and performance metrics to enable stable, scalable IT operations and value delivery.

You will lead approximately 120 employees, foster an agile culture, and coordinate across teams and locations to ensure successful delivery while enabling organizational transformation.

Qualificações

• Several years of IT process management and IT leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of ITIL, agile methodologies, and modern IT delivery models.
• Proven leadership in international or multi-location environments.
• Ability to guide large teams and manage diverse stakeholder groups.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a coaching mindset.
• Willingness to travel around 30%.

Responsabilidades

• Own, design, and continuously improve all internal IT processes within the IT Applications domain.
• Ensure process alignment across locations and promote a unified operating model.
• Establish governance, KPIs, and performance tracking for all process areas.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL principles and internal policies.
• Introduce and mature Kanban Flight Levels using Atlassian Jira for transparency and steerability.
• Lead and develop approximately 120 employees across teams and competency areas.
