Körber Supply Chain is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead 2-3 international teams and advance Agile practices across the development lifecycle. You will drive Scrum ceremonies, ensure transparency of artifacts, and collaborate with the Product Owner to manage the backlog.

Ideal candidates bring Scrum Master certification, strong communication, and a proven track record in scaled Agile environments (LeSS/SAFe). Fluency in English is required and remote work options are available.

Qualificações

• You have in-depth experience applying agile methods, ideally Scrum.
• You have experience with LeSS or SAFe scaled Agile models.
• You have worked on international cross-entity projects.
• You ideally hold a Scrum Master certification (CSM or PSM).
• You are strong in communication and moderation.
• You show initiative and can work independently and in a team.
• You have a readiness to continuously learn and develop.
• You have basic knowledge in agile software development.
• You have strong knowledge of DevOps, Miro and JIRA.
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and motivate 2-3 international teams.
• Coordinate with other Scrum Masters for effective collaboration.
• Continuously optimize the development process.
• Own the Scrum process and ensure proper implementation in the team.
• Organize and moderate all relevant Scrum meetings.
• Ensure quality management requirements within the Agile process.
• Maintain transparency of Scrum artifacts (Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Burndown Charts).
• Monitor compliance with Scrum practices and support their implementation.
• Establish and promote Agile practices in the team.
• Support the Product Owner in efficiently managing the product backlog.
