Willis Towers Watson in Lisbon is seeking an experienced Senior Actuarial Analyst to mentor junior colleagues and lead pension actuarial work. You will guide colleagues, oversee projects, and ensure accuracy and timely delivery for client solutions in a dynamic European market.

Qualificações

• FIA qualified or on track with FIA exams.
• Proven experience in actuarial valuation work and/or actuarial consultancy.
• Deep knowledge of pensions, including European regulatory aspects.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills in Excel.
• Up-to-date awareness of industry trends and their impact on clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Actuarial Analyst, you’ll play a key role in mentoring and developing junior team members while acting as a subject matter expert on pensions. You'll be responsible for guiding colleagues and overseeing actuarial work. Your main functions will be:

Qualifications

Your Profile:

• FIA qualifiedor making strong exam progress
• Proven experiencein actuarial valuation work and/or actuarial consultancy.
• Deep knowledge of Pensions, particularly legislative requirements and complexities in European markets.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills in Excel
• Up-to-date awareness of industry trends and how they impact clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze complex data
• Team-oriented approach, eager to mentor and support colleagues
