WTW is seeking a Senior Actuarial Analyst in Lisbon to lead pensions actuarial work, mentor junior team members, and act as a subject matter expert on pensions. You will guide colleagues and oversee actuarial deliverables within a collaborative, high-performing team.

The role offers hybrid working in a global advisory setting with exposure to international clients, regulatory insights, and ongoing professional development in pensions and actuarial services.

Qualificações

• FIA qualified or progressing exams.
• Experience in actuarial valuation work or consultancy.
• Deep knowledge of pensions in European markets.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills in Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Provide actuarial and data services to the pensions market as part of a collaborative team.
• Act as an expert in technical actuarial matters related to pensions.
• Analyze and produce reports based on client needs and business requirements.
• Manage projects, planning and prioritizing tasks.
• Stay up to date with regulatory and industry developments.
• Mentor junior colleagues and support senior stakeholders.
