WTW, based in Lisbon, seeks a Senior Actuarial Analyst to mentor juniors and serve as a pensions SME. You will guide actuarial work, deliver data and analytics to pensions clients, and influence project outcomes with precise data handling.

Join a dynamic, Europe-wide team offering a hybrid work model, ongoing training, and exposure to international clients. FIA qualification and strong Excel skills are essential; fluency in English a must.

Qualificações

• FIA qualification or in-progress is required.
• Experience in actuarial valuation work and/or consultancy.
• Deep knowledge of pensions, especially European market regulations.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of engaging diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Provide actuarial and data services to the pensions market as part of a collaborative team.
• Act as an expert in technical actuarial matters related to pensions.
• Analyze and produce client-focused reports based on business requirements.
• Process and validate data with precision and meet deadlines.
• Manage projects, track progress, and mentor junior colleagues.
