Willis Towers Watson in Lisbon is seeking a Senior Actuarial Analyst to mentor juniors and lead pensions-focused actuarial work. You will guide colleagues, oversee models, and deliver client-ready analyses across the pensions domain.

Qualificações

• FIA qualified or making strong exam progress.
• Proven experience in actuarial valuation work and/or actuarial consultancy.
• Deep knowledge of Pensions, particularly legislative requirements and complexities in European markets.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills in Excel
• Up-to-date awareness of industry trends and how they impact clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Actuarial Analyst, you’ll play a key role in mentoring and developing junior team members while acting as a subject matter expert on pensions. You'll be responsible for guiding colleagues and overseeing actuarial work. Your main functions will be:
