Natixis in Portugal is seeking a Compliance Controller to ensure non-compliance risks in local operations and transferred businesses are mitigated through a sound control framework. You will report to the SG PT Controls Team Leader and coordinate with local and Paris teams.

Key tasks include regular controls, producing risk reports, proposing corrective actions, documenting control methodologies, and helping outline compliance plans to strengthen governance.

Qualificações

• 3+ years experience in Business/process consulting.
• 3+ years experience in Banking/Financial Institutions.
• Non-compliance risk management.
• Internal controls assessment.
• English mandatory; French a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Complete regular controls in line with the annual control plan.
• Produce control reports and present results to business lines.
• Identify weaknesses and report vulnerabilities found.
• Suggest corrective actions and monitor timely implementation.
• Document and specify the control methodology for internal customers.

Conhecimentos
