Job summary

A Claranet está a recrutar um Security Technical Account Manager para a equipa de Lisboa/Porto, com foco em operações de segurança, resposta a incidentes e gestão de eventos em ambientes multi‑cloud e on‑prem. Esta posição é híbrida, com integração em equipa interna dedicada.

O candidato ideal tem experiência de 5+ anos, perícia em FortiSIEM, Defender e Sentinel, e capacidade para liderar atividades técnicas e estratégicas de segurança.

Qualifications

• Graduação em Cybersegurança ou áreas relacionadas.
• Experiência mínima de 5 anos em operações de cibersegurança e incident response.
• Conhecimento sólido de FortiSIEM, Microsoft Sentinel e Defender.
• Histórico de liderança de equipas em SOC/SecOps.
• Compreensão de frameworks de cibersegurança e gestão de incidentes.
• Fluência em inglês, leitura e escrita.

Responsibilities

• Suportar gestão de incidentes, assegurando coordenação de resolução.
• Analisar e responder a incidentes de segurança em ambientes variados.
• Desenvolver e implementar estratégias para melhorar SecOps e maturidade de segurança.
• Ser ponto de contacto técnico para tópicos de segurança, com orientação de arquitetura.
• Colaborar com equipas internas para alinhamento com padrões de segurança.
• Fornecer liderança técnica e apoiar melhorias contínuas do serviço.

Right now, we are looking for a Security Technical Account Managerto integrate our internal team, based in Lisbon/Porto.

Your responsibilities include:

• Support incident management activities, ensuring end-to-end coordination and resolution of critical security events across multiple environments;
  Monitor, analyze, and respond to security incidents leveraging FortiSIEM, Microsoft Sentinel, and Microsoft Defender;
• Perform proactive threat hunting activities to identify anomalies, potential threats, and malicious activities across the client's infrastructure;
  
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance Security Operations (SecOps) capabilities and cybersecurity maturity;
  
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for security-related topics, providing guidance on security architecture, incident response, and risk mitigation;
  
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with cybersecurity standards, policies, and best practices;
  
• Provide technical leadership and support within SOC and SecOps environments, contributing to continuous service improvement initiatives.
  

You must have:

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field;
  
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity operations, incident response, SIEM management, risk management, and/or cybersecurity consulting;
  
• Strong expertise in FortiSIEM, Microsoft Sentinel, and Microsoft Defender;
  
• Proven experience leading technical teams within SOC and SecOps environments;
  
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, incident management processes, and security operations best practices;
  
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills;
  
• Fluency in English.
