Randstad is seeking an Application Security Specialist to join the Global CISO Office. You will drive security by design across international development squads and enforce secure design patterns from conception to deployment.

You will partner with SOC, governance teams, and stakeholders to embed privacy and compliance while enabling secure product roadmaps across Randstad’s front-office applications.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in information technology or computer science.
• 5–7 years of security experience in a global enterprise.
• Experience with secure design patterns and architecture.

Responsabilidades

• Establish a security by design mindset across development teams.
• Threat modeling and governance for the SOC and secure architectures.
• Translate security requirements into scalable technical solutions.
