HN Services Portugal is seeking a Structured Securities Operations Officer to join an international team responsible for documentation and operational management of securities issuances, including certificates and warrants linked to equity derivatives.

In this role, you will contribute to the preparation and validation of issuance documentation, coordinate operational formalities, manage corporate actions and work closely with Legal, Front Office, Back Office and other stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Prepare and validate Final Terms and issuance documentation according to Legal templates.
• Review documents generated by Front Office systems and ensure product data accuracy.
• Manage issuance formalities, including ISIN activation, data reconciliation and documentation deposits.
• Handle administrative events such as corporate actions, calls and adjustments, updating internal databases.
• Collaborate with Legal, Front Office, Back Office, IT and Operations teams.
• Contribute to process optimisation, automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of financial markets, structured products, certificates, warrants and derivatives.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation and ability to manage priorities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive, autonomous and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and within tight deadlines.
