Capgemini Portugal is seeking a Scrum Master to join our Lisbon team on a hybrid schedule. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach teams, and partner with stakeholders to drive delivery and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in Scrum/Agile roles, strong communication skills in English and Portuguese, and a proven ability to remove impediments and foster self-organization.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years as Scrum Master or Agile Master within software development.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and Agile methodologies; ability to promote Agile values.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate Scrum and Kanban practices and ensure agile adoption.
• Identify and remove impediments affecting productivity and delivery timelines.
• Lead Scrum ceremonies: Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, Daily Stand-ups.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align delivery with goals and report progress.
• Coach teams in self-organization and drive Agile transformation.

YOUR ROLE

We are hiring a Scrum Master to join our team in Lisbon (hybrid work).

Your Main Responsabilities You Will Be

• Facilitate Scrum and Kanban practices, ensuring teams effectively adopt Agile principles, values, and methodologies.
• Identify and remove impediments that may impact team productivity, delivery timelines, and overall performance.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Daily Stand-ups, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and business teams to align delivery objectives with organizational goals and provide regular progress reporting.
• Coach and support teams in self-organization, process optimization, and Agile maturity development while driving transformation initiatives across the organization.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Master within software development teams.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies, with the ability to promote Agile values and best practices.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong analytical mindset, organizational skills, and a results-driven approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated capability to support Agile transformation initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Professional proficiency in Portuguese and English.
