Vodafone is seeking a Procurement professional to support supplier management, stakeholder management and category strategy across local markets. The role focuses on improving supplier performance, forecasting demand and delivering savings aligned with SCM targets.

You will engage in contract management, negotiations and cross-functional collaboration, while leveraging a strong commercial mindset and fluency in English.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong business acumen and commercial mindset.
• Experience in Supplier Management and Stakeholder Management.
• Knowledge of Commercial Contract Management and Demand Management processes.
• Experience developing Category Strategies.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong commercial background with procurement knowledge.
• Sound contractual knowledge and ability to manage contract-related activities.
• Strong negotiation skills with mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

What you'll do

• Supports team or self manages own requirements to develop/maintain local market and supplierrelationships through delivery of the stakeholder management framework;
• Improves supplierdelivery and performance, bringing additional value add via the Supplier PerformanceManagement and Commercial Contract Management frameworks;
• Inputs into the development and implementation of category strategy, making recommendations onbalancing competitive pricing, equipment diversity & process standardisation;
• Delivery of Demand Management leading to accurate forecasting whilst ensuring an optimised and fullyutilised resource structure;
• Delivers agreed savingstargets and Value Add targets in line with RBS methodology and related SCMmeasures across categories;
• Manages Business Partners or Self through development of objectives and targets for performance andcareer development.

Who you are
