It is also responsible for driving demand quality, data integrity, and the adoption of harmonised processes. The role provides insights that support data-driven decision-making and contributes to the continuous evolution of Demand Management capabilities. Additionally, it promotes the use of AI-driven solutions to enhance automation, operational efficiency, and governance accuracy.
