DataSmart is seeking a SCCM Specialist for a hybrid role in Oeiras, Portugal. You will manage SCCM environments, deploy Windows OS and software, and handle patch management in enterprise IT settings.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years of SCCM experience, strong MECM knowledge, and expertise in endpoint management and troubleshooting. The role offers a hybrid work model and opportunities for career progression within DataSmart.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional SCCM administration experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM/MECM.
• Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems in enterprise settings.
• Experience with software deployment and patch management.
• Experience with Windows endpoint management and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with SCCM collections, packages, applications, and task sequences.
• Understanding of Windows infrastructure and administration.
• Ability to troubleshoot deployment, client, and OS issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in enterprise IT environments.
• Living in Portugal and able to work in a hybrid model.

Responsabilidades

What You'll Do:

• Manage and administer Microsoft SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) environments.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and software packages through SCCM.
• Manage software distribution, application deployment, updates, and patches.
• Monitor SCCM infrastructure and troubleshoot deployment, client, and configuration issues.
• Manage SCCM clients, collections, compliance, and device configurations.
• Support Windows endpoint management, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Create and maintain deployment packages, task sequences, and operating system images.
• Monitor and improve deployment processes and ensure operational stability.
• Provide technical support for SCCM- and Windows-related incidents.
• Document configurations, procedures, and operational processes.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in SCCM administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM / MECM.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, particularly enterprise environments.
• Experience with software deployment and patch management.
• Knowledge of Windows endpoint management and troubleshooting.
• Experience with SCCM collections, packages, applications, task sequences, and client management.
• Understanding of Windows infrastructure and administration.
• Ability to troubleshoot deployment, client, and operating system issues.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in enterprise IT environments.
• Living in Portugal and available to work in a hybrid model.
