Job summary

Europa Search in Lisbon seeks an experienced SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) Consultant to support a global consultancy team on SAP VIM implementation and ongoing operations in Portugal.

You will collaborate with OpenText VIM, SAP FI/AP, and S/4HANA to streamline invoice processing, configure workflows, and troubleshoot functional issues while engaging with stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP VIM implementation and configuration experience.
• Experience with OpenText Vendor Invoice Management.
• Understanding of SAP FI / Accounts Payable processes.
• Previous SAP implementation or transformation project experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional proficiency in Portuguese.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with invoice automation and workflow configuration.
• Knowledge of SAP document management or related OpenText solutions.
