The Bosch Group is seeking an experienced SAP Test Manager (Governance, Strategy & Automation Lead) to drive enterprise-wide test governance, strategy, and automation for large-scale SAP transformations from Aveiro, Portugal. You will define regression strategies, establish automation roadmaps, and provide KPI and risk insights to executive stakeholders.

Lead end-to-end testing activities across SIT/UAT/Regression, collaborate with global teams, and mentor automation architects while ensuring

Qualificações

• Extensive SAP Testing and Quality Assurance experience.
• Several years in Test Management or Test Governance roles.
• Proven involvement in full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations or conversions.
• Experience working in global, distributed environments.
• Strong expertise in SAP test automation, especially with Worksoft Certify.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise-wide test governance, strategy, and automation initiatives for SAP transformation programs.
• Define and drive the test automation strategy with tools like Worksoft Certify, OT ALM, Jira, and Power BI.
• Establish governance model aligned with SAP Activate methodology phases.
