Doxis is seeking a Customer Support Specialist focused on SAP to ensure reliable SAP-related solutions and to act as a trusted partner for our customers. You will combine technical expertise with a service mindset to solve complex challenges and drive continuous improvement.

You will analyze SAP issues, ensure smooth operation, own end-to-end customer communication, document solutions, and contribute to ongoing enhancements.

Qualificações

• Strong knowledge of SAP environments (ERP, S/4HANA, interfaces) is required.
• Experience in application support or SAP-related applications is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Several years of direct customer interaction with solid technical understanding.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze complex SAP issues and develop sustainable solutions with internal teams.
• Ensure stable operation of SAP-related software in collaboration with customers.
• Own end-to-end customer communication from analysis to solution design and implementation.
• Document solutions and create step-by-step guides and best practices for the team.
• Support analysis of SAP error patterns and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
