Damia is recruiting for an international Tech Hub client in Portugal to join its SAP Practice, focusing on SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM, in a fast-paced multi-project environment.

You will translate business requirements into technical specifications, manage client interactions, and contribute to the development of the practice with opportunities for national and international projects and access to leading learning platforms.

Qualificações

• 2–8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM.
• Academic training in Information Systems or equivalent.
• Customer and results guidance.
• Strong communication, teamwork and collaboration.
• Problem-solving, analytical capability and critical thinking.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in SAP HR projects at national and international levels.
• Plan and execute activities for project outputs with autonomy.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.

What you'll do:

• Participate in SAP HR projects at national as well as international level;
• Plan and execute with autonomy the activities to be carried out in the preparation of the various outputs agreed under a project or project stream;
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements;
• Manage interactions with the client and the project team, according to the scope of operation;
• Identify, analyze and solve problems in your area of expertise;
• Contribute to the development of the practice in which it is inserted.

Requirements:

• Experience between 2 and 8 years in the area of SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM;
• Academic training in the area of Information Systems or equivalent
• Customer and results guidance;
• Communication, interpersonal relationships, teamwork and collaboration;
• Problem-solving, analytical capability and critical spirit;
• Organisation, planning and guidance on the quality of projects;
• Customer and results guidance.
