Damia, a specialist tech recruitment partner in Portugal, assists an international Tech Hub to expand its SAP practice with experienced SAP professionals. You will join Centers of Excellence and contribute to large-scale transformation projects delivered from Portugal to the world.

You will work in a collaborative, multi-project environment, translating business requirements into SAP HR solutions and collaborating with clients and project teams to ensure high-quality delivery.

Qualificações

• 2–8 years of SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM experience.
• Academic training in Information Systems or equivalent.
• English language skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in SAP HR projects at national and international levels.
• Plan and execute activities for outputs within a project stream.
• Translate business requirements into technical SAP specifications.
• Manage client and project team interactions per scope.
• Identify, analyze and solve problems in SAP domain.
• Contribute to development of the SAP practice.

What you'll do

• Participate in SAP HR projects at national as well as international level;
• Plan and execute with autonomy the activities to be carried out in the preparation of the various outputs agreed under a project or project stream;
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements;
• Manage interactions with the client and the project team, according to the scope of operation;
• Identify, analyze and solve problems in your area of expertise;
• Contribute to the development of the practice in which it is inserted.

Requirements

• Experience between 2 and 8 years in the area of SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM;
• Academic training in the area of Information Systems or equivalent
• English Language Skills;
• Customer and results guidance;
• Communication, interpersonal relationships, teamwork and collaboration;
• Problem-solving, analytical capability and critical spirit;
• Organisation, planning and guidance on the quality of projects;
• Customer and results guidance.
