SAP SE in the Lisbon region seeks an experienced Cloud Architecture Engineer to serve as the named SAP engineer for large EOS customers, addressing architecture topics and guiding customer lifecycles.

You will collaborate with Pre-Sales and Sales on deal requirements, support GCO Delivery in critical projects, and drive engineering and prototyping of new cloud services within the CTO program.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Engineering or Computer Science, Business Administration.
• Strong communication, project management and presentation skills.
• Deep knowledge of SAP product portfolio, offerings and industry solutions.
• Solid understanding of SAP solutions, releases and platform interdependencies.
• Familiarity with ITIL-based operational aspects of SAP solutions in cloud environments.
• Experience with at least one hyperscaler (AWS, Azure or GCP).
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.

What you`ll do:

Following are the key tasks that this role will perform:

• Act as named SAP engineer for large and strategic EOS customers in the region, addressing architecture related topics and challenges throughout the customer lifecycle
• Interact with Pre-Sales and Sales on deal requirements (customer focused solution design)
• Support GCO Delivery and GCO Customer Delivery Engagement in critical customer situations and projects
• Engineering and prototyping of new services as part of the CTO innovation and engineering process

What You Bring

• Degree in Engineering or Computer Science, Business Administration
• High proficiency in customer communications, project management and presentations
• High proficiency in the SAP product portfolio, offerings, and industry solutions.
• Good understanding of SAP solutions (releases, platform interdependencies etc.)
• Good understanding of ITIL based operational aspects (Application or Technical) of SAP solutions in a cloud environment.
• Good understanding of capabilities of at least one Hyperscaler (AWS, MS Azure or GCP)
• Willingness to travel customer related.
• Fluent English is a must, German is beneficial.
