Job summary

Findmore Consulting S.A. seeks an experienced SAP S/4HANA EWM consultant to support clients across Portugal and Europe. You will design and implement EWM solutions, lead requirement workshops, and ensure seamless integration with QM and PP modules.

The role is fully remote, offering exposure to complex transformation programs and large-scale SAP deployments in an international client base.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
• Over 10 years in SAP implementations, including greenfield rollouts.
• Proven ability to run workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and SAP EWM configuration.
• Translate business needs into functional SAP solutions.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote service delivery model.

Responsibilities

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Support clients in the selection, implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of SAP S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions.
• Lead workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze existing processes, and define target warehouse management processes.
• Design and implement SAP EWM solutions aligned with business requirements, operational needs, and strategic objectives.
• Contribute to SAP implementation projects, including greenfield implementations and rollouts.
• Ensure the integration of SAP EWM with other SAP modules and relevant business processes, particularly Quality Management (QM) and Production Planning (PP).
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and technical implementation needs.
• Support system configuration, functional testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business users, and technical stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse management processes, operational efficiency, and system performance.
• Ensure project milestones and deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Provide functional guidance and support throughout implementation and post-go-live activities.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
• More than 10 years of experience in SAP implementation projects, including greenfield implementations and rollouts.
• Proven experience leading workshops for business process design and requirements gathering.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management processes and their implementation within SAP EWM.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote service delivery model.
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to meeting project deadlines.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with SAP Quality Management (QM).
• Experience with SAP Production Planning (PP).
• Experience integrating SAP EWM with other SAP modules and end-to-end business processes.
• Experience in complex SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes and large-scale implementations.
• Experience supporting process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience working in international or multicultural project teams.
