Siemens Mobility in Portugal invites applications for a junior role within the Sherpa X project, focusing on Lead-to-Cash processes and finance-oriented IT initiatives. You will learn SAP S/4HANA and assist with business requirements under senior guidance, contributing to cross-functional efforts across global teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business studies, economics, or related field.
• Experience in finance or IT projects is preferred.
• Advanced English language proficiency and willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in examining business requirements for financial Lead-to-Cash processes under guidance from senior team members.
• Support evaluation of business and country legal requirements for the Order Management process, including customer communication.
• Learn about Template SAP system solution and assist in validating them according to legal requirements and financial reporting guidelines.
• Support specific topics in cross-project requirements and help with documentation, user acceptance testing and training materials.
• Assist in implementing process improvements and new developments; prepare solution presentations for stakeholders.

Your mission will be…

• Process Support and Learning: As a junior team member within Sherpa X project for the Lead-to-Cash Order, you will assist in examining business requirements for financial Lead-to-Cash processes under guidance from senior team members.
• Business Requirements Understanding: You will support the evaluation of business and country legal requirements for the Order Management process, including customer communication, while developing your understanding of process efficiency and technical requirements.
• System Familiarization: You will learn about Template SAP system solution and assist in validating them according to legal requirements and financial reporting guidelines.
• Project Support: You will support specific topics in cross-project requirements and help with documentation, user acceptant test and training materials.
• Implementation Support: You will assist in implementing process improvements and new developments. You'll support the preparation of solution presentations to stakeholders.

You will interact with:

• Other teams of Sherpa X project organization to understand integration requirements
• Other stakeholders within the Sherpa X program environment
• Siemens IT departments to learn about standard solutions

We are looking for someone with…

• A bachelor's degree in business studies, economics, or related field
• 3 years of professional experience, preferably with exposure to finance or IT projects
• Basic understanding of SAP S/4HANA and willingness to learn about finance-related solutions
• 2-3 years experience in SAP SD and other technical components relevant for the Lead-to-Cash Process
• Enthusiasm for working in a global environment
• Strong interest in IT and willingness to learn about IT structures
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in virtual and global teams
• Advanced English language proficiency
• Flexibility for business travel
