Sodexo is looking for an SAP S4HANA O2C SME to join our team in Portugal. You will support Global and Regional O2C activities, ensuring data quality and that the Core Model is applied consistently across processes.

You will participate in testing and deployment, act as a change ambassador, and help train teams in new processes and systems. Fluency in English and 3–5 years of O2C experience are required.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years of Order-to-Cash experience.
• Fluent in English (written & spoken).
• Experience in Global Business Services / Shared Services environments.
• Knowledge of SAP S4/Hana or SAP ECC6, ideally within O2C.

Responsabilidades

• Support Global and Regional O2C BPOs with local and SSC insights.
• Collect, validate, and clarify data to support design, build, and deployment activities.
• Ensure the Sodexo Core Model is understood and applied across processes.
• Participate in testing activities (unit, integration, UAT).
• Act as a change management ambassador to drive adoption of new processes.
• Support key user training and knowledge transfer.
• Provide O2C expertise across master data, order processing, billing, receivables, and cash application.

What will you do?

• Support Global and Regional O2C BPOs with local and Shared Service Centre (SSC) operational insights
• Help collect, validate, and clarify data to support design, build, and deployment activities
• Ensure the Sodexo Core Model is correctly understood and applied across processes
• Take part in testing activities (unit, integration, and UAT), validating that solutions meet business needs
• Act as a change management ambassador, driving adoption of new processes and systems
• Support key user training and contribute to effective knowledge transfer
• Provide functional O2C expertise across customer master data, order processing & billing, receivables management, and cash application

What you'll need to succeed?

• 3-5 years of Order-to-Cash experience
• Fluent in English (written & spoken), comfortable working across countries
• Experience in Global Business Services / Shared Services environments
• Knowledge of S4/Hana or SAP ECC6, ideally within O2C and Core Model concepts
• Strong customer orientation and process improvement mindset
• Organised, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
• Proactive and solution-oriented, with a strategic yet hands-on approach
• Availability for occasional travel (workshops, UAT, deployment activities)
