Global Transition lead
- The transition lead is a critical role that coordinates all activities when mobilizing, re-mobilizing or de-mobilizing GSA business.
- Simplify and streamline the mobilization programs
- Design and deploy best in class business process from solution design to mobilization that allows better risk management and more predictable results to ensure consistency across the account involved in
- Measure the benefit of implementing one set of tools including guidelines & templates developed for each element of the program, training modules developed for each level in the organization, common reporting and tracking templates
- Providing global expertise and advice support and enable managements from both GSA and local country teams to continuously improve Sodexo performance on the start of projects.
- Support with analysis of sites where the solution is not right or fit for purpose matching client and / or sodexo profitability needs. Make recommendation of changes to make
What will you do?
Service and Process Deployment
- Support the Bid team with all Mobilization elements of global bids.
- Provide Bid Support and Mobilization input/support to embed best practice leveraging experience having done multiple global deployments.
- Define the bid support and mobilization strategy for GSA, considering the future requirements of our clients and the capability within the group.
- Work with individual countries to define bid support and mobilization strategy, in consideration of country capability, market and client requirements.
- Lead the development of the bid support and mobilization Framework.
- Produce and maintain a roadmap to detail the development and continuous improvement of the framework.
- Define and develop the core processes and tools in support of Sodexo GSA business needs.
- Create the deployment communication and engagement strategy.
- Define the deployment methodology.
- Define the Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for measuring success of deployment within Sodexo and reporting of capability assessments.
- Support the roll out of the framework.
- Identify the training needs and support to deliver them for countries in need.
- Define the roles and responsibilities of each of the levels of the bid support and mobilization community.
- Design a training strategy to improve the overall capability of our teams and individuals.
- Provide tender support for strategic tenders within strategic accounts.
- Provide dedicated project management and support for strategic contracts deployment.
- Coordinating global subject matter expert/ supply chain and technology inputs when requested to build the process and tools or to support for complex strategic deals.
Operational Excellence
- Have a basic understanding of Lean Management
- Able to travel and spend time with the frontline to see where there are gaps and non-value adding activities in the processes and be able to draft recommendations of improvements
- Ability to see the ideas drafted to internal stakeholders and clients
What you'll need to succeed?:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree with minimum 5 years of experience in operational or support functions in the service industry
- Ability to travel extensively when a project requires it
- The ideal candidate will have a high level of project management experience, an understanding of Sodexo practices and structure, the ability to draw upon global resources, and be able to work independently.
- Ability to influence without hierarchical authority over multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Has awareness of continuous improvement tools such as Lean Management. Has a productivity and innovation mindset
