Bauer Media Audio – Portugal is expanding its SAP Centre of Excellence in Porto and seeks an SAP S/4HANA Master Data Management Functional Specialist. You will ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across the SAP landscape, enabling efficient operations and informed decisions.

You will collaborate with Global Process Owners and technical teams across Portugal, Poland, and the UK to optimise MDG processes, support MDG solutions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in a hybrid

Qualifications

• SAP MDG experience within SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Understanding of Business Partner, Material and Finance master data processes.
• Experience gathering and translating business requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working within support and service management environments.
• Self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
• English language proficiency (professional)

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for SAP MDG-based Master Data Management processes, managing incidents, service requests and change activities in line with priorities.
• Support and enhance SAP Master Data Management solutions.
• Manage and improve SAP MDG processes and governance.
• Support Business Partner, Material and Finance master data processes.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Support functional enhancements and new requirements throughout the full lifecycle, including analysis, specification, testing, implementation and communication.
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation and data quality improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple countries and business areas.
• Create and maintain functional and technical documentation for SAP MDG processes, configuration, enhancements and changes.

As our SAP S/4HANA Master Data Management Functional Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, governance and consistency of master data across our SAP landscape, helping to enable efficient business operations and informed decision-making.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, Global Process Owners and technical teams to optimise master data processes, support SAP MDG solutions and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Working Pattern / Location

This role is based in Porto and follows a hybrid working model: 2-3 days in the office and the rest from home. This is a permanent position.
