Queen Square Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Functional Manager to coordinate Finance and Supply workstreams across a multi-country SAP S/4HANA programme. You will ensure alignment between the V1 core model and V2 deployments in North America and Spain, acting as the key link between Functional Leads and the Programme Director.

The role requires 10+ years of programme/functional management, a strong SAP S/4HANA background, multi-country deployment experience, and governance

Qualificações

• 10+ years' experience in programme/functional management.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA transformation background.
• Knowledge of R2R, O2C, P2P, EPM or Supply/MM.
• Multi-country deployment experience.
• RAID, governance and Design Authority experience.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate R2R/EPM, O2C, P2P, Supply/MM and Spain functional leads.
• Track dependencies, decisions, readiness and risks.
• Monitor V1/V2 capacity and escalations.
• Ensure V2/Spain decisions align with the V1 core model.
• Triage issues, drive resolution and escalations.
• Consolidate functional readiness for governance forums.
• Act as the bridge between Functional Leads and programme leadership.
