Queen Square Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Functional Manager to coordinate Finance and Supply workstreams on a multi-country SAP S/4HANA programme, aligning V1 core model with V2 deployments in North America and Spain.

You will connect Functional Leads with the Programme Director, ensuring governance, readiness and clear delivery ownership across regions.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of experience in programme/functional management.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA transformation background.
• Knowledge of R2R, O2C, P2P, EPM or Supply/MM.
• RAID, governance and Design Authority experience.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate R2R/EPM, O2C, P2P, Supply/MM and Spain functional leads.
• Track dependencies, decisions, readiness and risks.
• Monitor V1/V2 capacity and escalated issues to the Programme Director.
• Ensure V2/Spain decisions align with the V1 core model.
• Triage issues, drive resolution and accelerate when needed.
• Consolidate functional readiness for governance forums.
• Act as the bridge between Functional Leads and programme leadership.

My client is looking for an experienced Project Functional Manager to coordinate Finance & Supply workstreams across a multi‑country SAP S/4HANA programme. You'll ensure alignment between the V1 core model and V2 deployments in North America and Spain, acting as the key link between Functional Leads and the Programme Director. The SI owns delivery;
you own clarity, governance, and readiness.
