Genesis Digital Solutions collaborates with clients to implement SAP Order-to-Cash processes and strengthen the SAP SD environment within an international context. You will act as a subject matter expert, coordinating with business stakeholders, functional specialists, and developers to design solutions while ensuring stability and continuous improvement of O2C processes.

We seek a candidate with strong SAP SD knowledge, experience in Billing and Delivery, and excellent English communication.

Qualificações

• Strong knowledge of SAP SD and related Order-to-Cash processes.
• Experience with Sales, Pricing, Billing, and Delivery workflows.
• Experience as SAP O2C Owner or similar SAP SD role.
• SAP system troubleshooting and technical issue resolution.
• Ability to collaborate with business users, specialists and developers.
• Solid project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication in English (B2).
• Ability to coordinate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in planning and execution of SAP Order-to-Cash projects.
• Act as subject matter expert for SAP SD; support key users and SAP specialists.
• Maintain and stabilize the SAP O2C environment.
• Lead development and implementation of new SAP solutions with stakeholders and developers.
• Analyze and resolve issues in SAP O2C processes.
• Identify and implement new functionalities and continuous improvements.
• Support and optimize SD billing, including Sales, Pricing, Billing and Delivery.
• Create and maintain documentation for O2C processes and solutions.
• Coordinate activities across technical and non-technical teams to ensure delivery.

Join our client's SAP team as an SAP SD to take ownership of key Order-to-Cash processes within an international environment. You'll act as a subject matter expert for SAP SD, working closely with business stakeholders, functional specialists, and developers to design new solutions while ensuring stability and continuous improvement of existing processes.

What You'll Work On

• Participate in the planning and execution of SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) projects.
• Act as a subject matter expert for the SAP SD module, supporting key users and SAP functional specialists.
• Manage and maintain the SAP O2C environment, ensuring stable and reliable operations.
• Lead the development and implementation of new solutions together with business stakeholders, specialists, and developers.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues within SAP O2C processes.
• Identify and implement new functionalities and continuous improvements.
• Support and optimize SD billing processes, including Sales, Pricing, Billing, and Delivery.
• Create and maintain clear documentation for O2C processes and solutions.
• Coordinate activities across technical and non-technical teams to ensure successful delivery.

What We're Looking For

• Strong knowledge of SAP SD and related Order-to-Cash processes.
• Solid understanding of Sales, Pricing, Billing, and Delivery processes.
• Previous experience as an SAP O2C Service Owner or in a similar SAP SD role.
• Experience with SAP system troubleshooting and technical issue resolution.
• Ability to work closely with business users, functional specialists, and developers.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver projects within agreed timelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English (B2).
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
