EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a SAP Manager in Portugal to lead and unify the SAP practice across logistics, FICO and ABAP domains. The role requires building high-performing teams, guiding architecture standards, and delivering S/4HANA transformations in a fully remote setting.

Strong stakeholder management and presales experience are essential. The ideal candidate will drive growth, governance, and innovative SAP delivery while coordinating global collaboration and mentoring within the SAP

Qualificações

• 10+ years SAP experience spanning functional (Logistics/SCM, FICO) and technical areas (ABAP, ABAP Cloud, S/4HANA)
• Proven experience as SAP Practice Head, COE Leader or equivalent leadership role
• Strong client-facing and presales experience with success in proposals and executive interactions
• Fluent in English (B2+ level); Portuguese proficiency desirable
• Experience with AI-enhanced SAP development or automation frameworks
• Experience with hybrid delivery models and global talent management

Responsabilidades

• Lead and unify the SAP practice with consistent direction across functional and technical teams
• Build and develop high-performing teams of leads, architects, consultants and engineers
• Manage hiring, utilization, performance and compensation within the SAP organization
• Define and execute the SAP practice strategy to drive growth and market leadership
• Establish SAP architecture standards, development methodologies and delivery frameworks
• Promote innovation through AI-assisted development, automation and modern DevOps
• Provide hands-on enterprise and solution architecture leadership
• Oversee SAP transformation projects including S/4HANA implementations and ECC modernization
• Ensure delivery quality through architecture reviews, ATC checks and reusable assets
• Lead presales activities including workshops, estimations, proposals and executive presentations
• Own delivery governance, project outcomes and long-term client relationships across SAP accounts

In this senior leadership role, you will lead and unify the SAP practice across functional and technical disciplines, including Logistics/SCM, FICO and ABAP/technical engineering. You will define the location strategy, drive business growth, establish technical and delivery governance and lead a local team of SAP professionals.
