Hubclub Go is seeking a SAP Functional Expert FICO for a major client in Linhó, Lisbon, to lead the global SAP FICO area within the Core Model and drive S/4HANA rollouts. The role requires strong ABAP reading skills and experience with SAP integrations across international teams.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in SAP, fluent English (C1), and a willingness to work in a multicultural environment. A direct permanent contract is offered with 1 day of remote work per week.

Qualificações

• +10 years of SAP experience, especially in implementation and international rollout projects.
• Solid SAP FICO expertise and knowledge of main financial processes.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA; Fiori knowledge desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead SAP FICO area within the global Core Model.
• Participate in international SAP S/4HANA rollouts from analysis to go-live.
• Analyze needs and gaps, proposing solutions under the Fit to Core strategy.
• Define and validate functional solutions, specifications, and SAP configurations.
• Participate in testing, UAT, go-live, and hypercare.
• Provide functional support to business and IT teams.
• Coordinate with PMO, project teams, vendors, and international teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and evolution of the SAP FICO Core Model.

From our ERPs & CRMs division, we are looking for a SAP Functional Expert FICO for a major end-client company in Linhó (Lisbon).

Main Responsibilities:

• Functionally lead the SAP FICO area within the global Core Model.
• Participate in international SAP S/4HANA rollouts, from analysis and design to go-live.
• Analyze needs and gaps, proposing solutions under the Fit to Core strategy.
• Define and validate functional solutions, specifications, and SAP configurations.
• Participate in testing, UAT, go-live, and hypercare.
• Provide functional support and advice to business and IT teams.
• Coordinate with PMO, project teams, vendors, and international teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and evolution of the SAP FICO Core Model.

Requirements:

• +10 years of experience in SAP, especially in implementation and international rollout projects.
• Solid experience in SAP FICO and knowledge of main financial processes.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA and, desirable, knowledge of Fiori.
• Ability to read and understand ABAP code (debugging skills highly valued).
• Knowledge of SAP and non-SAP integrations, especially IDocs, EDI, TIBCO, or Talend.
• High level of English (C1).
• French (nice to have).
