A Fox IT está a contratar um consultor SAP FICO sênior para se juntar à equipa de SAP Finance em Portugal. O candidato trabalhará em estreita colaboração com a equipa central de FICO, apoiando atividades diárias, participando em rollouts globais e ajudando a moldar a transformação S/4HANA.

São procurados profissionais com experiência extensa em SAP FI/CO, incluindo implementação e suporte, bem como conhecimento de MM/SD/PP e processos de Finanças e Controlling.

Qualificações

• Licenciatura em Informática de Negócios ou Administração ou experiência equivalente.
• Ampla experiência em SAP FI/CO com várias implementações e suporte. Conhecimento de S/4HANA é um plus.
• Forte compreensão da integração com MM, SD e PP, com conhecimento de processos de Finanças e Controlling de ponta a ponta.
• Habilidades analíticas, de resolução de problemas e comunicação, estilo de trabalho proativo, estruturado e colaborativo.
• Inglês falado e escrito fluente e confiança em trabalhar em equipas multiculturais distribuídas.
• Disposição para apoiar projetos internacionais e viajar quando necessário.

Responsabilidades

• Atuar como membro central da equipa SAP Finance responsável por suporte e projetos de melhoria em FI-GL, AR, AP, AA, PCA, CO-PA.
• Resolução de incidentes diários em Contabilidade Financeira (GL, AP, AR, AA, TM) (2º nível de suporte).
• Ser o interlocutor de TI no Accounting Shared Service Center.
• Conduzir projetos SAP Finance desde conceção até testes, implementação e melhoria contínua.
• Aconselhar stakeholders de Finanças e otimizar processos de contabilidade e controlo de gestão de ponta a ponta.

We are looking for a Senior SAP FICO Consultant to join our SAP Finance team in Portugal. The candidate will work close together the FICO central team, supporting dayto-day FICO activities, participating in global rollouts and help shape our global S/4HANA transformation. The following are the main responsibilities.

Main Responsibilities

• Act as a core member of the distributed IT SAP Finance application team responsible for support and enhancements projects in a complex and integrated IT landscape in FI-GL, AR, AP, Banking, Asset Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Travel Management, CO-PA.
• Daily incident solving in Financial Accounting (GL, AP, AR, AA, TM) (2nd level support)
• Be an on-site IT counterpart within the Accounting Shared Service Center
• Drive SAP Finance projects from conceptualization and customizing through test coordination, deployment and continuous improvement
• Advise Finance stakeholders and optimize end-to-end Accounting and Controlling processes across FI-GL, AP, AR, AA, Banking, PCA, CCA, CO-PA
• Provide 2nd-level support and contribute to service management improvements in a complex, integrated SAP landscape
• Translate business requirements into AS-IS and TO-BE process designs, identify gaps and deliver sustainable solutions
• Collaborate with the global SAP FI/CO team, logistics functions and external partners, supporting international roll-outs and M&A integrations
• Explore AI, analytics, predictive accounting and S/4HANA innovations to improve Finance processes

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Extensive SAP FI and CO expertise, with several years of implementation and support experience. S/4HANA knowledge is a plus
• Strong understanding of integration with MM, SD and PP, combined with end-toend Finance and Controlling process knowledge.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with a proactive, structured and collaborative working style.
• Fluent written and spoken English and confidence working in distributed, multicultural teams.
• Willingness to support international projects and travel when required

Additional Qualifications (nice to have)

• Knowledge of financial processes in SAP S/4HANA and New General Ledger
• Experience with AI, analytics or predictive accounting.
• Experience in an agile product team or as an Agile Master.
• Exposure to global SAP roll-outs and M&A integrations.
