Damia is seeking an ambitious SAP consultant to join its international Tech Hub's Centres of Excellence in Lisbon, Portugal. You will contribute to large-scale transformation projects, focusing on SAP FICO, FI, CO, and end-to-end implementations in collaboration with a multinational team.

You will translate business requirements into specifications, manage client interactions, and continuously develop expertise while promoting knowledge sharing across projects.

Qualificações

• Entrepreneurial, dynamic and proactive mindset.
• Strong autonomy, analytical thinking, and communication skills in English and Portuguese.
• Professional experience with ERP systems, especially SAP FICO/FI/CO.

Responsabilidades

• Actively participate in SAP consulting projects, particularly within the Financial area.
• Manage daily client interactions in a team-based environment.
• Translate business requirements into development specifications & deliver high-quality solutions.
• Continuously develop expertise and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
• Contribute to development and promotion of innovative SAP implementation practices.

• Actively participate in SAP consulting projects, particularly within the Financial (FICO) area, using the latest market tools and technologies
• Manage daily client interactions in a team-based work environment, ensuring responsibilities are handled in line with project scope
• Translate business requirements into development specifications, delivering high-quality solutions
• Continuously develop your expertise and promote knowledge sharing within the team to help address client challenges
• Contribute to the development and promotion of innovative solutions that strengthen SAP implementation practices

Requirements

• Entrepreneurial, dynamic, and proactive mindset
• Strong autonomy, analytical thinking, and critical reasoning skills
• Professional experience with ERP systems, particularly in financial areas and processes
• Interest in participating in end-to-end (greenfield) implementation projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English, with the ability to work effectively in teams
