Webasto SE in Lisbon is seeking a Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement specialist for SAP Finance to join our Finance team. You will support the accounting function, maintain documentation, and drive KPI tracking and SLA compliance.

You will coordinate the transfer of activities from international entities, implement changes with Key Users and Operations Team Leads, and lead training within the Finance Academy to strengthen processes.

Competenze

• Experience in operational accounting department, preferably in an SSC environment.
• Ability to run workshops and meetings.
• Ability to deal with a wide range of stakeholders across all disciplines of the organization, from operational functions to top management levels.
• Experience in month-end and year-end closing activities according to IFRS.
• Good working experience with MS Excel and MS Power BI.
• Good understanding of SAP R/3: Accounting modules (AM, AR, AP, GL) & Controlling modules (CO, PS, EC-PCA and COUPA).
• Be a problem solver with excellent communication, negotiation, and influence skills.

• Support the Accounting function within the business and assist central accounting processes, maintain documentation, and contribute to achieving operational and strategic goals.
• Create, develop, and track KPIs, ensure SLA compliance, and drive efficiency across processes.
• Support the transfer and integration of activities from international entities into the service organization.
• Implement process changes and improvements in all accounting processes with the support of Key Users and Operations Team Leads.
• Responsible for all training activities within WBS Accounting, based on the training catalogue within the Finance Academy, selecting, organizing the training materials, documentation, and trainers.
