GRiT Solutions in Lisbon, Portugal seeks an experienced SAP FI/CO consultant to join our Finance & Controlling team, focusing on end-to-end SAP Finance projects, from requirements through go-live.

You will translate business needs into AS-IS/TO-BE processes, provide 2nd-level support, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and travel internationally as needed.

Fluency in English and strong stakeholder communication are essential, with opportunities for training and career growth.

Qualificações

• Hands-on SAP FI/CO with implementation and support experience.
• Strong knowledge across GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, CO-PA, and related areas.
• Experience providing 2nd-level SAP Finance support in complex environments.
• Leading or contributing to SAP Finance projects from design to go-live.
• End-to-end understanding of Finance and Controlling processes.
• Good integration knowledge with MM, SD, PP.
• Translate business requirements into AS-IS/TO-BE processes.

Must-Have

• Several years of hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO, covering both implementation and application support


• Strong functional knowledge across key SAP Finance areas, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Banking, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and CO-PA


• Experience providing 2nd-level support and resolving SAP Finance incidents in complex, integrated environments


• Proven experience leading or actively contributing to SAP Finance projects, from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, testing, and go-live


• Strong understanding of end-to-end Finance and Controlling processes


• Good knowledge of SAP FI/CO integration with MM, SD, and PP


• Experience translating business requirements into AS-IS/TO-BE processes, performing gap analysis, and defining functional solutions


• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work closely with Finance and Accounting teams


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills


• Experience working with international and distributed teams


• Fluent English, both written and spoken


• Availability to participate in international projects and travel when required

Would Be Great If You Have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance and New General Ledger


• Experience with global SAP rollouts and/or M&A integration projects


• Knowledge of AI, analytics, or predictive accounting applied to Finance


• Experience working within Agile product teams or acting as an Agile Master


• Degree in Business Informatics, Management, IT, or a related field
