GRiT Solutions in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking an experienced OutSystems Developer to join our enterprise team. The role focuses on delivering complex applications for public sector clients, requiring strong architecture understanding, API integrations, and performance optimization.

Qualificações

• 5+ years proven experience as an OutSystems Developer in enterprise environments.
• Min. 3 years delivering projects within the Public Sector.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Mandatory OutSystems certifications: Associate Developer v11 (O11) or ODC Associate Developer.
• Min. 4 OutSystems Specialist certifications and 2 Professional certifications.
• At least 1 OutSystems Expert certification.
• Experience or certifications in Architecture, Tech Lead, DevOps, Platform Operations.
• At least 1 Agile certification (e.g., PSM I) and at least 1 Cybersecurity cert.

Are you GRiTTY enough to be part of our journey?

• Proven experience as an OutSystems Developer in enterprise environments (minimum 5 years)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience delivering projects within the Public Sector
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Mandatory OutSystems certification: Associate Developer v11 (O11) or ODC Associate Developer
• Minimum of 4 OutSystems Specialist certifications
• Minimum of 2 OutSystems Professional certifications
• At least 1 OutSystems Expert certification
• Experience and/or certifications in at least 2 of the following areas: Architecture, Tech Lead, DevOps, Platform Operations
• At least 1 Agile certification, such as Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) or an equivalent Agile certification
• At least 1 Cybersecurity certification, such as Cidadão Ciberseguro or an equivalent cybersecurity certification
• Strong experience developing enterprise applications using OutSystems
• Solid understanding of application architecture and OutSystems development best practices
• Experience integrating applications with external systems and APIs
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within Agile teams

Would Be Great If You Have

• Experience delivering large-scale, high-complexity OutSystems projects
• Previous experience in digital transformation and legacy modernization initiatives
• Experience working in Public Administration digitalization programs
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and platform operations within OutSystems environments
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles and scalable application design
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to balance quality, delivery, and business priorities
• Proactive attitude with strong ownership and accountability
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and business stakeholders
