A global technology leader in Portugal is seeking a Mid-Senior level consultant specializing in Manufacturing. You will leverage your SAP experience, particularly in DMC, to support clients through their digital transformation journey. Role Description

• Strong understanding of the Manufacturing domain.
• Liaise with peers to ensure support, adherence to standards, and consistency in solution designs.
• Understand and articulate business needs for projects, considering capabilities, risks, and system dependencies.
• Analyse architecture alternatives, lead solution selection discussions, and provide recommendations on best options, taking into account input from product teams and business stakeholders.
• Ability to simplify complex problems and drive initiatives.
• Support customer engagement throughout all phases of the software development life cycle, from consulting to implementation.
• Enable customers in their transformation journey by establishing yourself as a trusted partner to drive engagement.
• Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Prepare and conduct customer workshops.
• Act as a team lead and coordinator.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 5 years in manufacturing consulting.
• At least 2 full SAP ME/MII project implementation experiences.
• 1 SAP DMC implementation, proof of concept, or pilot.
• Exposure to SAP PM/PP-PI/QM is preferred.
• Experience in DMC core areas including application configuration, BOM, Routing, Data Collection, Resource Orchestration, Shopfloor Designer, Insights, and integration with SAP SCC/S4HANA.
• Solid understanding of different plant landscapes, integration methodologies, and positioning of SAP MII and DMC.
• Knowledge of Cloud Integration (CPI).
• SAP Certification:
  • C_S4CMA_2208 - SAP S/4HANA Cloud (Public) - Manufacturing Implementation.
• Fluency in English.
