Bee Engineering ICT in Porto, Portugal is seeking a Senior SAP Cloud Developer to translate complex business requirements into scalable SAP CAP solutions. You will work with ABAP Cloud, RAP, CDS, OData, and BAdIs on SAP BTP, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver clean-core extensions aligned with Fit-to-Standard principles.

The role demands strong knowledge of SAP CPI, SAP Cloud SDK, and Cloud Foundry, plus experience with CBC dependencies and integration patterns.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience as an SAP Cloud Developer with ABAP background.
• Hands-on ABAP Cloud, RAP, CDS, OData and BAdIs on SAP BTP.
• Experience CAP apps with Node.js or Java; strong RESTful APIs skills.
• Knowledge of SAP CPI/Integration Suite and iFlows, Groovy/XSLT.
• Familiarity with SAP Cloud SDK, Destinations, XSUAA and Cloud Foundry.
• Understanding of CBC dependencies and extensibility concerns.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management; fluent English.

Dare to have:

• 5+ years of experience as an SAP Cloud Developer, with a strong ABAP background.
• Hands-on experience with ABAP Cloud, RAP, CDS, OData and BAdIs, developing clean-core extensions aligned with Fit-to-Standard principles.
• Experience developing CAP applications using Node.js or Java on SAP BTP.
• Strong knowledge of SAP CPI / Integration Suite, including iFlows, Groovy/XSLT, message transformations and exception handling.
• Experience with SAP Cloud SDK, Destinations, XSUAA, Event Mesh and Cloud Foundry deployments.
• Experience with SAP CPQ customisation, including IronPython scripting, pricing extensions and workflow automation.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON/XML payloads and integration patterns, including retries, idempotency and bulk processing.
• Experience with Adobe Forms, backend layout changes and object-oriented programming.
• Familiarity with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, code reviews and secure development practices.
• Understanding of MM, SD and CPQ processes, translating functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Familiarity with SAP Central Business Configuration (CBC) dependencies affecting extensibility and transports.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a structured, collaborative approach.
• Fluency in English.
